Before my order is shipped:
If you have entered the incorrect address, please email:
email@example.com to make a change. Put your order number in the subject line of the email. Requests sent to any other email address or in any other manner (i.e. phone or page request) may not be received in time to make the change.
If you want to add an item to your order, the fastest and easiest way to do this is to purchase the item and then send us an email letting us know that you'd like to combine your orders (please provide both order numbers). We will combine them and refund the overage in shipping to you. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you want to change the color or swap out two equally priced items, please email us with your order number and your preference. We will email you back with confirmation that we can make the switch. Email: email@example.com
After my order is shipped:
Please note that once your order is shipped, we cannot change your address. You may contact the shipping carrier directly and attempt to have the package redirected.
My order was returned to you but I still want it:
If your order is returned to us because it is refused or undeliverable, you will need to pay the shipping cost again in order to have it reshipped. Orders that are refused or undeliverable, will be refunded (if not reshipped) less shipping and a 25% restocking fee. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and let us know that you want your package reshipped and we will send you an invoice for the additional shipping where you can input the correct address. Once we receive your order back, we will reship it!
